The organizer of the competitions is the company EFIN spol. s.r.o. with headquarters at K Hájovné 753/9, Prague 4, IČ: 61249921. The competition is intended for persons over 18 years of age with permanent residence in the territory of the Czech Republic who are capable of legal acts. The competition is held on the organizer’s website www.sphere.cz and on the Facebook page of Sphere CR http://facebook.com/spherecr
Employees of EFIN spol. are excluded from participating in the competition. s.r.o. and people close to them. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to modify the rules during the competition, in particular the duration of the competition.
All participating competitors undertake to comply with these rules by participating in the competition.
In order to participate in the competition (to be entered into the final draw) you must meet the following conditions:
The drawing of competition winners will take place no later than the 15th day of the month following the end of the competition. Each contestant can only win one prize.
Winners will be notified of the win by e-mail to the address provided by them in the competition form, as well as by publication in the Competition Winners section at www.sphere.cz. If the winner is not contacted within 30 days of the draw, his prize will be forfeited without compensation.
The contest organizer reserves the right to make final decisions in disputed cases based on its own assessment from available information and sources. Prizes are not enforceable in court. The organizer is not responsible for technical problems connected with the delivery of answers. Only received responses are acceptable for processing.
The competition organizer declares that it will use the provided personal data exclusively for the time necessary for the purpose stated in the consent to the processing of personal data and will not provide it to another entity or other party.
Due to the legal regulation of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, a contestant meeting the conditions of the competition who has not given consent to the processing of personal data cannot be published and notified of a possible draw in the competition.
Other relationships not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
After the end of the competition, the names and surnames of the winners will be published on www.sphere.cz.
