How to activate your Sphere card
Card activation instructions
1. Open the card activation page
Isn't this your first card?
If you already have a Sphere account linked to another card, there is no need to create a new one. You can link all your cards to one account. Just log in and go to Settings / My Cards / Add a Card.
2. Enter EAN or promo code
EAN is the 13-digit number below the barcode on the back of your Sphere plastic card or Sphere payment card.
3. Select the card type (for promo code only)
4. Fill in your login and contact details
In section Login deta Choose an email and password to log in to your Sphere online account. Use the email address you have access to as we will send you a verification email.
In section Contact information please enter the name of the cardholder. Optionally, you can also enter the year of birth, address and phone number.

5. Check your email inbox and confirm the email
Log in to your email inbox and wait for a message from us with a link to confirm your email address. It should arrive within a few minutes. Then click on the “Confirm Email” button.
If you can’t find the email, Check your junk mail folder, as well as your Spam and Ads tabs if you use Gmail. If the email doesn’t arrive within the next 30 minutes, you may have made a typo and mistakenly entered the wrong email address when you signed up. In that case, try activating again from the first step and make sure you enter the email correctly.
