Electronic card
The Sphere electronic card fully replaces the plastic card. It can be downloaded to iOS or Android smartphones via the Sphere mobile app, Apple Wallet or Google Pay. The card can also be viewed in the client area of the Sphere website after logging in.
Card in Sphere mobile app
- Activate your Sphere account. Aktivace | Help to activate
- Install the Sphere mobile app from App Store or Google Play. Help to download the app
- In the mobile app, log in to your Sphere account with the email and password you chose when you activated it.
- The electronic card can be found under the My Account tab / My cards

- Open the page in your phone’s browser www.sphere.cz and log in to your Sphere account with the email and password you chose when you activated it.
- The electronic card can be found under the My Account tab / My cards.
Google Pay Card (Android)
Downloading the Sphere e-card to Google Pay is possible on Android smartphones. The following procedure assumes you already have the Google Pay app installed and linked to your Google account.
- Activate your Sphere account. Aktivace | Help to activate
- Open the page in your phone’s browser www.sphere.cz and log in to your Sphere account with the email and password you chose when you activated it.
- Go to Settings / My cards.
- Click on the preview of the card you want to download to Google Pay.
- Click on the “Save to Pay” button displayed below the card.
- Confirm the card is connected to your Google Account.
- You’ll now see the card among your other loyalty cards in the Google Pay app.
Card in Apple Wallet (iOS)
The Sphere e-card can be downloaded to Apple Wallet on smartphones running iOS. The Wallet app is pre-installed on your iPhone.
- Activate your Sphere account. Aktivace | Help to activate
- Open the page in your phone’s browser www.sphere.cz and log in to your Sphere account with the email and password you chose when you activated it.
- Go to Settings / My cards.
- Click on the preview of the card you want to download to Apple Wallet.
- Click the “Add to Apple Wallet” button shown below the tab.
- You will now see the card in your Wallet app among your other loyalty cards.
