How to get benefits in e-shops
Discounts at Sphere partner online stores can be obtained by one of the following three methods: EAN in the note, EAN in the special field, or discount code.
To find out which discount method to use, visit the individual partner pages in our partners catalogue.
"EAN to special field" method
Enter the EAN of your Sphere card during checkout into a special field. The discount will be applied immediately and you can choose to pay in any form.
Note..: EAN is the number on the back of your Sphere card under the barcode, or on the mobile app when you swipe your e-card.
Method "EAN in the note"
Enter the EAN of your Sphere card in the comment field during checkout. The online shop must process your discount manually. So don’t pay immediately by card, but choose bank transfer or cash on delivery and wait for the e-shop to send you a revised order with the discount added. Only then pay the order.

The "discount code" method
Enter the discount code, that is listed in the partner details in our partner catalogue. The discount will be applied immediately and you can choose to pay in any form.
