Types of benefits
The Sphere loyalty program offers two main types of benefits: discounts and loyalty points. With some partners, you can combine these benefits.
Direct discounts
- Discounts are available to all Sphere cardholders for the duration of the card’s validity.
- The amount of discounts may vary according to the type of product or service. Detailed information about the discount provided is always listed in the partner’s details in partners catalogue.
- Discounts cannot be added or combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise agreed with the partner.

Loyalty points
- The Sphere plus points programme is only available to Sphere cardholders who have activated their card.
- For most points program partners, loyalty points can be earned by purchasing through a click-through from the partner catalogue. For some partners, you can also earn loyalty points when you make a purchase in a brick-and-mortar store or e-shop. An activated card is required.
- Partners of the points programme can be found in our web partners catalogue. They can be filtered via “Benefit Type: points only”. You will always find specific instructions on how to redeem points in the partner details in the catalogue.
- You can choose rewards for the points you collect from the rewards catalogue, which can be accessed by logging into your Sphere account.
